The history of founding the Deko company by Monika Opaszowska proves that passion and a bit of determination suffices to make dreams
true – even if seemingly there are no conditions for that. In 2007 a little-known fancier of leather furniture began her mission to share it with others. She opened her own furniture salon in her garage adjoining her house. The popularity of the improvised salon surpassed her expectations. Quality is in the foreground and it begins to be the company’s key value. In 2008 the owner moved the sales point to the Chorzowska street in Katowice. Two years later the sales point moves to the newly opened salon in Piasek. Opening this shop allowed a broadening of the offer and a considerable elevation of service quality

In 2012 a second DEKO company salon was opened. A new, two-level premises were located in Sękocin Stary near Warsaw and had the area of 400 sqm. After six years from the founding of the DEKO company it had a salon in Piasek with an incomparably larger exposition area. In 2013 another large opportunity arose – the brand opened a showroom in the Warsaw Domoteka luxury shopping center. Since then the development of DEKO gained an even larger momentum. One year later the American embassy (among others) ordered the brand’s furniture. In 2014 a salon with an area of 400 sqm was created near the national road no. 6 in Reda. One year later a salon in the Rzeszów NOVA gallery was also created.
